Un-infected (-) and infected (+, JEV infection) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with non-structural protein NS1 (JEV) antibody (GTX131369) at a dilution of 1:5000.
