14-3-3 gamma抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with 14-3-3 gamma antibody (GTX134245) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-731) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
