单克隆抗体

单克隆抗体由永生杂交瘤细胞产生,该永生杂交瘤细胞是由产生抗体的脾脏B细胞和骨髓瘤细胞融合产生的,或者由哺乳动物细胞表达的重组蛋白抗体产生的,这些抗体具有单价亲和力并结合抗原上的单个表位,通常通过蛋白质A/G/L亲合色谱法完成纯化。

GeneTex提供了针对生物医学研究范围内大多数关键靶标/蛋白质的单克隆抗体。
