6x His Tag抗体 [GT636]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with 6x His Tag antibody [GT636] (GTX636472) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

6x His Tag antibody [GT636] detects 6x His-Tag tagged protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: 6x His-Tag tagged protein stained by 6x His Tag antibody [GT636] (GTX636472) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
