Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length ASFV p54 (40-0.63 nM). Coated protein was probed with ASFV p54 antibody [HL1219] (GTX636563) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ASFV p54 antibody [HL1219] (GTX636563) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
