ASGPR1抗体 [N1C3]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ASGPR1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX122674) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ASGPR1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX122674) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ASGPR1 antibody [N1C3] detects ASGPR1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ASGPR1 stained by ASGPR1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX122674) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
