ATF1 (phospho Ser63)抗体 [HL3581]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATF1 (phospho Ser63) antibody [HL3581] (GTX641552) diluted at 1:1000 and ATF1 antibody (GTX100062) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ATF1 (phospho Ser63) antibody [HL3581] detects ATF1 (phospho Ser63) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ATF1 (phospho Ser63) stained by ATF1 (phospho Ser63) antibody [HL3581] (GTX641552) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant ATF1 non-phospho peptide and ATF1 (phospho Ser63) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with ATF1 (phospho Ser63) antibody [HL3581] (GTX641552) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
