Aldolase A抗体 [HL6082]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Aldolase A antibody [HL6082] (GTX648161) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Aldolase A antibody [HL6082] detects Aldolase A protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Aldolase A stained by Aldolase A antibody [HL6082] (GTX648161) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).
