B-Raf (L597R Mutant) antibody [HL4010] detects B-Raf (L597R Mutant) protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Mock, B-Raf (WT) and B-Raf (L597R Mutant) transfected 293T cell FFPE Cell Pellet Blocks.
Green: B-Raf (L597R Mutant) stained by B-Raf (L597R Mutant) antibody [HL4010] (GTX642341) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: DDDDK tag antibody [GT1216] (GTX636630) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with B-Raf (L597R Mutant) antibody [HL4010] (GTX642341) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
