BCKDK抗体 [N1C2]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BCKDK antibody [N1C2] (GTX119413) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BCKDK antibody [N1C2] (GTX119413) diluted at 1:1000.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gastric cancer, using BCKDK(GTX119413) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
