BLZF1抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BLZF1 antibody (GTX116434) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

BLZF1 antibody detects BLZF1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BLZF1 protein stained by BLZF1 antibody (GTX116434) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BLZF1 antibody (GTX116434) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
