Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using BRCA1(GTX100720) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.

A549 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BRCA1 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100720) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
