C/EBP alpha抗体 [N1], N-term

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C/EBP alpha antibody [N1], N-term (GTX100674) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with A549 chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-C/EBP alpha antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to CAMP promoter.

EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
