C3a Receptor抗体 [HL2744]

C3a Receptor antibody [HL2744] (GTX639573) detects C3a Receptor protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: non-fixed and non-permeabilized HL-60 or HeLa cells were stained with 5μg/ml GTX639573 (red) or a Rabbit monoclonal IgG isotype control (gray) in 1% FBS/ 5mM EDTA/PBS at 4ºC for 1 hour.

C3a Receptor antibody [HL2744] detects C3a Receptor protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HL-60 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: C3a Receptor stained by C3a Receptor antibody [HL2744] (GTX639573) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C3a Receptor antibody [HL2744] (GTX639573) diluted at 1:15000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
