CD30抗体 [HL5323]

CD30 antibody [HL5323] detects CD30 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MJ cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CD30 stained by CD30 antibody [HL5323] (GTX645788) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD30 antibody [HL5323] (GTX645788) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
