CD32B抗体 [C2C3], C-term

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A431, using CD32B(GTX100262) antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD32B antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX100262) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
