CD40抗体 [HL6485]

CD40 antibody [HL6485] detects CD40 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human tissues.
CD40 stained by CD40 antibody [HL6485] (GTX648933) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD40 antibody [HL6485] (GTX648933) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD40 antibody [HL6485] (GTX648933) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
