CD44抗体 [N1N2], N-term

Wild-type (WT) and CD44 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD44 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX112893) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with CD44 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX112893) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
