Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant HEK293 expressed Human CD63 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144107-pro) using antibodies as below.

Capture: CD63 antibody [GT368] (GTX646552) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: CD63 antibody [HL5889] (GTX647213) (1 μg/mL)

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed Human CD63 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144107-pro) (0.82-52.63 nM). Coated protein was probed with CD63 antibody [HL5889] (GTX647213) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
