CD70抗体 [HL6015]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) unboiled 786-O whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD70 antibody [HL6015] (GTX648089) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

CD70 antibody [HL6015] detects CD70 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CD70 stained by CD70 antibody [HL6015] (GTX648089) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD70 antibody [HL6015] (GTX648089) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
