CD79a抗体 [HL5516]

CD79a antibody [HL5516] detects CD79a protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Daudi cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CD79a stained by CD79a antibody [HL5516] (GTX646179) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) unboiled Daudi whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD79a antibody [HL5516] (GTX646179) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD79a antibody [HL5516] (GTX646179) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
