CD9抗体 [HL5881]

CD9 antibody [HL5881] detects CD9 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HCT116 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CD9 stained by CD9 antibody [HL5881] (GTX647205) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Unboiled RPMI-8226 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD9 antibody [HL5881] (GTX647205) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. (WCE: whole cell extract; ME: membrane extract)
