SLC3A2 antibody detects SLC3A2 protein by Western blot analysis. A431 whole cell extracts, A431 cytosol and A431 membrane extract (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SLC3A2 antibody (GTX104108) diluted at 1:500.
