CEP70抗体

CEP70 antibody detects CEP70 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CEP70 antibody (GTX120594) at a dilution of 1:1000.

CEP70 antibody detects CEP70 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NT2D1 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CEP70 protein stained by CEP70 antibody (GTX120594) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
