CLPP抗体 [C2C3], C-term

Wild-type (WT) and CLPP knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CLPP antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX104656) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

CLPP antibody detects CLPP protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CLPP antibody (GTX104656) diluted by 1:500.

CLPP antibody [C2C3], C-term detects CLPP protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at RT for 30 min.
Green: CLPP protein stained by CLPP antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX104656) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
