CTGF抗体 [GT7812]

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CTGF antibody [GT7812] (GTX635577) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
