CX3CR1抗体 [HL3762]

CX3CR1 antibody [HL3762] (GTX641961) detects CX3CR1 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with CX3CR1 antibody [HL3762] (GTX641961) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CX3CR1 antibody [HL3762] (GTX641961) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Unboiled RPMI 8226 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CX3CR1 antibody [HL3762] (GTX641961) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CX3CR1 antibody [HL3762] (GTX641961) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
