CXCR4抗体 [HL2734]

CXCR4 antibody [HL2734] (GTX639562) detects CXCR4 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Jurkat and NCI-H460 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with CXCR4 antibody [HL2734] (GTX639562) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
The classification of protein expression as positive or negative was primarily based on data from the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).

CXCR4 antibody [HL2734] detects CXCR4 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CXCR4 stained by CXCR4 antibody [HL2734] (GTX639562) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CXCR4 stained by CXCR4 antibody [HL2734] (GTX639562) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
