Human tissue extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CaMKII (phospho Thr286) antibody [HL3848] (GTX642082) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant CaMKIIA non-phospho peptide, CaMKIIA (phospho Thr286) peptide, CaMKIIB non-phospho peptide, CaMKIIB (phospho Thr287) peptide, CaMKIIG non-phospho peptide, and CaMKIIG (phospho Thr287) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with CaMKII (phospho Thr286) antibody [HL3848] (GTX642082) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) mouse tissue extract (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with CaMKII (phospho Thr286) antibody [HL3848] (GTX642082) diluted at 1:1000 and CaMKII alpha antibody (GTX133071) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
