Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser23/Ser24)抗体 [HL3796]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Cardiac Troponin I non-phospho peptide, Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser23/Ser24) peptide, Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser23) peptide, and Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser24) peptide (62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser23/Ser24) antibody [HL3796] (GTX642015) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) mouse tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cardiac Troponin I (phospho Ser23/Ser24) antibody [HL3796] (GTX642015) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
