Cathepsin B抗体

U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with Cathepsin B antibody (GTX134724) diluted at 1:1000 and highly cited competitor's antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
