Centrin 3抗体

Centrin3 antibody detects Centrin3 protein at centrosome by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Centrin3 protein stained by Centrin3 antibody (GTX114317) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: alpha Tubulin antibody [B-5-1-2] (GTX11304) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Centrin3 antibody detects Centrin3 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Centrin3 antibody (GTX114317) diluted by 1:1000.

Centrin3 antibody detects Centrin3 protein at cytosol on mouse cervix by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse cervix.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
