Chikungunya virus Capsid抗体 [HL5731]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts. Coated protein was probed with Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL5731] (GTX646682) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL5731] (GTX646682) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL6530] (GTX648986) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX648986 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX646682. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL5731] detects Chikungunya virus Capsid protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Chikungunya virus Capsid stained by Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL5731] (GTX646682) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Chikungunya viral lysate (0.5 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chikungunya virus Capsid antibody [HL5731] (GTX646682) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
