Untreated (–) and treated (+) HCT116 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chk1 (phosphpo Ser345) antibody [HL122] (GTX635572) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Green: Chk1 (phosphpo Ser345) stained by Chk1 (phosphpo Ser345) antibody [HL122] (GTX635572) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
