Cytokeratin 14抗体 [GT985]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cytokeratin 14 antibody [GT985] (GTX634409) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Cytokeratin 14 antibody [GT985] detects Cytokeratin 14 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse esophagus.
