Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cytokeratin 19 antibody [GT147] (GTX635163) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Cytokeratin 19 antibody [GT147] detects Cytokeratin 19 protein at cytoskeleton by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Cytokeratin 19 stained by Cytokeratin 19 antibody [GT147] (GTX635163) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
