GTX112454 diluted at 1:10000

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cytokeratin 33B antibody (GTX112454) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Cytokeratin 33B antibody detects Cytokeratin 33B protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded dog squamous cell carcinoma.
Cytokeratin 33B stained by Cytokeratin 33B antibody (GTX112454) diluted at 1:500.
