功能与背景
This gene encodes a member of the family of secreted protein kinases. The encoded protein binds calcium and phosphorylates proteins involved in bone mineralization. Mutations in this gene are associated with the autosomal recessive disorder Raine syndrome. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2014]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DMP4 antibody [HL2677] (GTX639341) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DMP4 antibody [HL2677] detects DMP4 protein at cytoplasmic vesicles by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.Green: DMP4 stained by DMP4 antibody [HL2677] (GTX639341) diluted at 1:500.Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
