Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded MDA-MB468 xenograft, using DMP4(GTX110258) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DMP4 antibody (GTX110258) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DMP4 antibody (GTX110258) diluted at 1:1250. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
