DSN1抗体 [N3C3]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DSN1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX120402) diluted at 1:500.

HeLa cells were fixed with 2% PFA for IF staining. Primary Ab diluted at 1: 1000 with 10% normal donkey serum in PHEM buffer.
ACA is used as a marker for inner kinetochore.
