The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

NS1(Dengue virus) conjugated biotin antibody detects NS1 protein by western blot analysis. Un-infected (-) and infected (+, Den2 infection for ) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (20 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NS1 conjugaed biotin antibody (GTX224280-02) diluted by 1:2000 and developed with Peroxidase-conjugated Streptavidin.
