Green: Dengue virus NS2B protein antibody [HL2513] antibody (GTX638874) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dengue virus NS2B protein antibody [HL2513] (GTX638874) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
