Non-infected (–) and infected (+) C6/36 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dengue virus NS3 protein antibody [GT2811] (GTX629477) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
