Dicer抗体 [GT1176]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dicer antibody [GT1176] (GTX633917) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Dicer antibody [GT1176] detects Dicer protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Dicer stained by Dicer antibody [GT1176] (GTX633917) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
