EGFR (phospho Tyr1045)抗体 [HL3354]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with EGFR (phospho Tyr1045) antibody [HL3354] (GTX641131) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (Highly Cited Competitor) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

EGFR (phospho Tyr1045) antibody [HL3354] detects EGFR (phospho Tyr1045) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EGFR (phospho Tyr1045) stained by EGFR (phospho Tyr1045) antibody [HL3354] (GTX641131) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
