EGFR (phospho Tyr1173)抗体 [HL3283]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with EGFR (phospho Tyr1173) antibody [HL3283] (GTX640937) diluted at 1:100000, highly cited competitor's antibody diluted at 1:100000 and EGFR antibody [HL3153] (GTX640663) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

EGFR (phospho Tyr1173) antibody [HL3283] detects EGFR (phospho Tyr1173) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EGFR (phospho Tyr1173) stained by EGFR (phospho Tyr1173) antibody [HL3283] (GTX640937) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
