ERCC1抗体 [N1C3]

Wild-type (WT) and ERCC1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ERCC1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX110562) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ERCC1 antibody [N1C3] detects ERCC1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ERCC1 protein stained by ERCC1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX110562) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
