ESAM抗体 [HL5518]

ESAM antibody [HL5518] detects ESAM protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HEL 92.1.7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: ESAM stained by ESAM antibody [HL5518] (GTX646181) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ESAM antibody [HL5518] (GTX646181) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
