Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (20 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 3D antibody [4] (GTX630193) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 3D antibody [4] (GTX630193) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
