IHC-P
Clone A3-1 requires pre-treatment of paraffin sections prior to staining. Proteinase K is recommended for tissues fixed for less than 24 hours. Citrate buffer pH 6.0, 10mins is recommended for tissues fixed for more than 24 hours.

Use 10μl of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100μl.
